Lake Casitas
by Joel Bermanpublished on
Went out to Lake Casitas this morning on what Californians consider cold and wet and I consider a light drizzle and cold enough for a hoodie (55 degrees). It was an Audubon field trip. Anyway lots of birds and a few landscape shots.
Birders will recognize killdeer, warbler, mountain bluebird, sparrow, crow, gnatcatcher, finch -- or at least those are my guesses. My friends know a lot more than I.
Can't wait to get back there in the Springtime.
